
PRIORITY RESEARCH FUNDS
Gallaudet Faculty and Staff members, who are interested in applying
for a grant to study a Priority Research topic, please submit:
- Prepare an "Expression of Interest to Apply"† by
December 15, 2008
Send to your Department Chairperson and get his/her approval to proceed.
Write one page that describes the research project, including:
- Brief description of the study's purpose
- Starting date of research
- Length of study (1-3 years)
- Number of investigators
- Will request summer pay?
- Will request course release at which semester?
- Estimated number of student assistants
- Suggest several experts in the field who are qualified to
review your proposal
† Send a copy by email to senda.benaissa@gallaudet.edu
- Submit a Grant Proposal
Due by February 15, 2009
Submit to senda.benaissa@gallaudet.edu and bring hard copies to HMB S430

- Submit Institutional Review Board (IRB) Application with
your Grant Proposal
Due by February 15, 2009
Funding cannot be provided until IRB clearance is obtained.

any time, as long as funds remain.
